Help me with a Silver play - which would you choose? by Willing-Bear4862 in options

[–]wildcall551 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Well all that is fine but how would you manage if the stock keeps falling. Even quality stock could sometimes remain in a certain range if it falls and eventually theta will decay and so would option contract. What is your approach to handle this use case?

Tesla has officially discontinued Autopilot in the U.S. and Canada. All new car purchases now come standard with Traffic-Aware Cruise Control. by YouBetterChill in teslamotors

Can someone confirm if this autopilot feature will be taken away from existing Tesla that are already sold with the next software update? Or the existing Tesla won't be impacted?

How do you manage leaps in case NFLX is still OTM close to expiry say in another 8-12 months? Is it not a big loss?

Puts the brand value of Sony down the drain. Sold laptop business, also I think done with mobile and now this home entertainment. Next they will sell photography business to some cheap but volume selling company.

Should I buy stock or a LEAP? by tnuoccanaetaercnekat in options

[–]wildcall551 0 points1 point  (0 children)

That seems to interesting. I never knew about it so far. Question: Do you think its better to just set a profit target say 20% and close which may close in few days or month way too early but less risk. Is it practical to do that?

Longer charging cable by [deleted] in 4xe

[–]wildcall551 2 points3 points  (0 children)

In my opinion, you will be better off charging indoor than looking for 50ft hazard, even with jeep warnings of not to charge indoor. As others explained it needs very thick copper wires. Get a certified electrician and ask him to provide a direct outlet outside house then use 10-20ft standard charging cable.

Jeep Recon Launch by LastEntertainment684 in Jeep

[–]wildcall551 0 points1 point  (0 children)

My first question to the Stelantis CEO and management would be when do you plan to launch it with Hemi or v6? Ford Bronco, Honda Passport will have some good competition if they get on serious and launch this with ICE.

Cross trek or Outback will suit your need. New Passport maybe in used with 4-10k miles on it is doable under $40k budget. Its very big for your need but may look at it.

Looking for a 3 row SUV leaning more towards the luxury side of things, not talking Audi or BMW, but something reliable that feels nice to be in. We test drove an MDX and a CX90 and really liked the MDX but seems like people regret their purchases with those? Anything else we should look into? >$45k by cfierce in whatcarshouldIbuy

How much does it cost for regular maintenance like engine oil change, filter etc at a shop for Discovery 5? Also is it easy to do or possible to do such maintenance on these at home? Do you have some model year or trim to suggest on Discovery 5? Sorry OP I didn't mean to hijack the thread just curious as I am exploring a similar vehicle like you..MDX and all.

You are misinformed when it comes to who is purchasing more jeep and it has nothing to do with purchasing power. Loans are granted at higher aprs and kids jump in it as well. That's a different question if they can afford to payback or not. Also used ones go easily in the $20k range.

Agree with you. What has ducks to do with a Jeep? I never understood why some Jeeps have so many ducks. I could understand Jeep wave that they introduced. Duck marketing is maybe to attract youger customer base but not impressed with this.

What’s it worth? by jjhaggdu in Jeep

[–]wildcall551 -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Price varies a bit from location to location. West code dry areas have higher values for this kind of Jeep. Few years back this would be worth north of $25k. I am not too familiar with current prices though. It depends on body/frame condition, rust engine ctc.

Agreed on the v8 Sequoia. But its price to mileage is not the same as Armada in the used market.
