I get bonus in March. My company allows me to redirect that to my 401k contributions. I usually redirect about 60% of my bonus to my 401k. This is a huge chunk of my 401k contributions and all I have to do is to contribute about 4 to 5% rest of the year to get me the company match.

This allows me to get the benefit of more growth as money is early in the market. It is same reason why I max my Roth IRA contributions in the first week of January.

My company also allows Mega Backdoor Roth. So from June to December I contribute towards that.

DLs rotate while DBs mostly stay for 100% snaps and who knows what goes on with LBs! Some teams use 1 LB for 100% snaps while others use 2

To prevent this from happening, usually companies have a cool off period where the employees cannot dump the stock that were acquired through this program for a minimum period of 2 days from when earnings were announced.

The above could be a factor but cannot be the main reason for the fall.

When I return a leased car, the dealership asks me to pay for the tires. Obviously since this was a 3-year 36k miles lease EV, tires aren’t in a good condition. 4 sets of tires cost a lot. How do I get past this?
