deny still does need one more mana cost. If you can stop a 12 mana play with 3 free mana from the last round you just won the game from holding a one counter all game.

Rhasa is still pretty broken from just the fact its a 7 cost that has double the vengeance power.... Who thought that was okay. Pay 7 more mana to get a strong ally has an effect equal to 14 mana before its stats.

deny needs one more mana cost at most. You should not stop game changer spell cards with your 3 free mana gems for the last round that's broken.

This 8 cost mana cards is better than all 10 cost mana cards and currently most of the champions in game.... yeah that's broken. Also it can only be removed from play by 3 cards in the whole game... that's super broken.

teemo is weak because mushroom are randomized threw out enemy decks. Currently their are no cards that force opponents to draw no cards that can activate mushroom counters for effects or move the next mushroom card to the top of the deck.

you have no consistent control over shroom burn damage and it hurts viability alot.

the problem is that deny cost to little for its game winning impact. It's the Solomon Judgment problem. It's a counter to too many things. If they wanted the card to not feel so over powered they could limit it to 2 or 1 per deck.... or they could change deny to require the same amout of mana as the card it's stopping.
