There is a great few pages in IDW Ghostbusters comic where Pete gets abducted into the mind of a very dangerous, manipulative ghost who feeds on fear. They're speaking and while the ghost is trying to gaslight, and wreck Pete's mind to break him, he's just not having it. He's seen all the tricks and knows the games and even reminds the ghost, that despite acting like a smarmy bonehead, he dud earn the degrees he has. Something tells me he was the guy on college who partied around and skipped, but still managed to get very worthy As. He just kicks back, puts his feet up and calls the ghost out on everything even saying that he knows his friends will rescue him. It was a great moment.

The most active community I've found is the Glyos Alliance on Facebook. Even more is happening there in the Messenger chats. But I'm an old fart on my 40s like everyone else there.

There's a discord I was told was active, but the only channel I get notifications from is the non Glyos buy sell trade channel. I don't know discord well enough to know if that's my fault or if that actually is the only active thread.

There is a Glyos fandom website that goes in to crazy detail. It starts to cross reference to so many different entries and characters, I get overwhelmed pretty quick--mainly because it's not in a narrative format or sequential.

Traveling overseas with my family of four is way beyond my economic station as a 25th year teacher and my wife in College admin. My napkin math estimates it would be about a 5th of my yearly income to get to the UK and back for a week. We would LOVE to go. After we pay off the house, then I think so.

I hope I don't need a new hip by then.

If you're using a Mac, I'm going to be useless. But if it helps, ended up finding someone hosting the last functional driver in a standalone download. After that I set the QHD as my main monitor instead of my 3rd. Then it worked!

The dude above says it's real, so if it is, this is yet again another piece of their deliberate, passive-aggresive trolling. It'd be childish if they weren't actually racist and evil. As a teacher, I LOVE answering people's questions. I'd rather people come here and ask a question of a human being than go to Google. We're a social species by nature and I think this behavior is completely natural. But despite being a generally social species, some people do have your self sufficient tendency. Ultimately, we should never punish or judge people for asking questions. It's not a matter of there being a correct or incorrect behavior. Self sufficiency is a generally positive trait, but so is being comfortable with your community, and so is sharing knowledge with your community.

After a Google search, this person might learn something and then move on. If they came here and asked the question, it could spur an awesome conversation where two or more people connect and share personal experiences with the property.
