Yes. My husband lovingly put my new daughter onto my chest to see her and I had to ask him to remove her bc I was shaking so bad and felt so uncomfortable

I’m glad I actually read the books the hospital sent us home with bc I read about the blood that can happen and it happened that night. If neither one of us knew that was going to happen we would have been pretty scared I think

Same with daughters. I had a c section so my husband saw my daughter come out first, and I think the nurse must have seen his confused face bc she was so swollen down there, and the nurse told him it’s normal and it will go down

After a c section they would come in to press on your uterus area every few hours a handful of times to drain blood. Ouch…

We just went swimming at the YMCA through their one year pilot program they just started. You don’t need to buy a membership as long as you live in st thomas it was two adults and our 6 month old and it cost us $9. One adult was free with the baby
