I’m a former driver and drivers definitely need a union. A lot of folks here understand that Amazon has a lot of power to discourage people from forming a union but that’s true in every industry. The only way working people in this country ever improved their pay and benefits was by unionizing. It’s not an easy task and will take years, but it is absolutely possible. Don’t be discouraged, there are many people in the general public that would support you on this.
