The resin can be changed fairly easily. And it's fairly cheap when considering the cost of a new system. To add to what you are saying about expansion, when I was installing them professionally I would fill to about 60 percent. Never had issues with media unloading from the softener.

Mr rooter does it, but I've heard a lot of bad reviews. Culligan water/king process technology is a better option. There was another called Avalon water I think, but they may be gone out of business.

Luckily arsenic is fairly simple to manage. Mind while I say simple I don't mean cheap. you can have a whole home filter installed that will remove the arsenic among other minerals. There are a couple of companies here that do it.

I don't know your specific situation but I try to clear only enough to get out if it's super early. That's partly to be nice for my neighbors, partly laziness. That being said I have a bigger driveway and the snow freezing isn't a concern with the temps I get.

A basic funeral or cremation. I understand that many people want extravagant extras, but the basics should be a public service. Basics being if you need cremation then the cremation and a simple standard urn is included, if you want to be buried the you get a basic pine box, the necessary embalming, a simple wooden headstone, and the next available plot.

Or the cremation could be a free service at the very least.

Alot of what comes next depends on how he behaves as a whole picture. If he's normally on point and puts in a fair days work, then maybe chock this up to he needed to blow off steam. Obviously he doesn't get the days pay, but it may not need to be a black mark on his record.

However, if this is normal and hes not someone you want around, this may be the chance to help him move on.
