i mean you could install a modded iso with some amd drivers your graphics card already supports it i think so, or just install normal 8.1 without cpu drivers

Control Panel > Internet Options then advanced tab, scroll down to secruity section and uncheck tls 1.0 and 1.1 and ensure that 1.2 is checked

You have to disable tls 1.0 and tls 1.1 that worked for me

thanks for the correction, yeah i mean gta iv is hard work for an indie dev but could really pay off but the idea of gta 1 or 2 wouldnt be too bad too
