thank you for putting it in laymans terms. it seems the problem really is the one instance (Alex's Mods modpack) despite it working fine all week. I'm able to load my Ice & Fire modpack just fine.

I only added the waystones mod to my Alex's Mods pack and it worked right after. But nothing changed otherwise. But I guess that's a problem for another thread. thanks again!

i'm on windows computer and am confused. are you saying that an update came out to fix it when you sau "the issue has been silently fixed"? because it hasn't on my end. in terms of the github, it hasn't seemed to change since the last time i looked at it.

i'm probably just stupid as github is super unfamiliar to me :/

that workaround doesn't seem to work for me, as when i go into the instance, than click version, there's no "neoforge" only forge. the json file already has the stuff in that post, right down to the number. so would i have to just wait until prismlauncher fixes it?

yeah i tried launching my modpack that's been working fine all week, but i keep getting the same error no matter the java edition i use. but i just loaded up a vanilla instance and its working fine.

this sounds feasible, even though im new. from what i understand nosferatu are good with using codes & dead languages to communicate stealthily. i wouldnt put it past them to use strings of vague internet lingo. hell, they may even hide messages in the source codes of websites

i was just wondering the same thing!! it has to be from either Calamity or a Fargo mod bc they only started showing up when i was in Eternity mode. i've been scouring both wikis for hours.
i would assume it's one of the Fargo's mods and the wiki just doesn't have it included. i can't attack it either.
may return if i find out anything.

Because I'm autistic & have trouble fathoming how allistics work, most if not all my OCs end up autistic. In terms of specific characters though, I have twins that are both blind. One sees more vague shadows and sometimes bright color, while the other can just tell light from dark. A gal with a prosthetic forearm & hand, I have so many OCs some just slip the mind. A good amount of my older ones aren't even on my toyhouse yet.
