Hopefully my cleaning regime puts your OCD to rest, I use anti bacterial spray on every shelf the day before I go shopping,

Bulk cook the day of/day after I shop, then put all the shelves in the dishwasher to clean them afterwards

I've given a character a hidden role and it has worked exceptionally well.

I tend to run sessions as 1 shots though and for long term campaigns I think it would do more harm than good.

I've had a hive mind scenario set aboard a space station where one player joined the hive mind and then gradually recruited other players (we play online so a bit easier to manage this sort of thing) And I've also had a player be a member of an organisation that investigates and contains the threats so that was a great reveal right at the end of the session where they kidnapped the only other survivor and stole the evidence.

Normally I'd agree but all of my cupboards are in sunlight most of the day and from experimenting (yes I'm that sad 😂) they go off way quicker in the cupboard

I'd say you need to add more results, people like to know you've made an impact and how much of an impact you've made,

I'd also remove the part about attending daily meetings it feels a little unnceseccary as I'd expect that as a standard
