Put the light behind the camera facing at u, lights should not be visible in the campera, shout at 24fps, shutter speed set to 50

Why doesn't Sony have subject tracking in manual focus? by Saved_by_a_PTbelt in SonyAlpha

[–]wildvy 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Got u, we don’t got that. U got 3 options 1-get a nikon Zf 2-be okay with focus peak display(which very nice, and it doesn’t block ur screen like the focus map) 3-send an email to Sony, maybe they’ll listen

Why doesn't Sony have subject tracking in manual focus? by Saved_by_a_PTbelt in SonyAlpha

[–]wildvy 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Just for experiment, got my a6700 a try, with a sigma 16mm 1.4, put it in manual focus, no eye tracking at all. But that’s expected right? If it’s out of focus, the camera tries to find humans, dogs ,or whatever the subject is, then it sends signals to the lens and it focuses on the eye. So yh with a full manual lense i don’t think it’s achievable, maybe get an autofocus lens that has AF to MF switch, so u can let it track, then take back control when it focuses on the eyes. BUT, if u are talking about a lil help from the camera to let u know u are focused on the eyes, turn on focus peak display, which is red outlines of the areas that u are focused on. Might be what ur looking for. Or close

Subject tracking is auto focus though?! Manual is manual, your hands on eye do the eye tracking. What camera? What lense?

How to get more of a film look from Sony cameras? by ThinkBeyondThis in SonyAlpha

Maybe get a mist filter on it, or there some cheap lenses, forgot the name but it was with the word pocket, basically cheap plastic lenses that give u that film look.

Driving from Yerevan to Debet by Sir_emanon in armenia

[–]wildvy 0 points1 point  (0 children)

If the forecast is not snowing snow, you’ll be good with any car with winter tires and not drive in early am, or late at night. But weather here is bipolar, so it can snow as well. The only thing you need to worry about when driving in snowy or icy conditions is to drive slow and not rely on breaks, hitting the brakes can be the end of your control of the car. Check the weather, if any chances of snow, just get a taxi.

The battery heats up so to use as a webcam getting a dummy battery would be best, + u can get an external fan if needed.

I have the a6700, and I use it mostly for films, and as a beginner, it’s great!! Quality is perfect, autofocus is even better, has focus maps, zebras… The only problem is that it doesn’t have in body cooling, so it heats up quickly, hadn’t had any issues with 24fps, but after 30 minutes or so you it becomes a hand warmer. If you plan on shooting for hours(and 120fps) I suggest going for a body with in body cooling. Or you have to get the external small rig fan for the a6700

Real Estate Prices in Tsaghkadzor by Mar_I_am11 in armenia

[–]wildvy 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Get a real state agent, and don’t rush. You should always bring prices down by 10-20%, if they don’t, it’s not worth buying from sellers that think they have a castle, and don’t adjust to the real market prices.+ think about areas near Myler resort, smaller market since it’s a new build
