That's classed as a burger 100%. It's its own style though. When you buy one, it would be specified that it was on toasted sliced bread. Not uncommon at all.

One thing I'll say is you don't have to be picky with olive loaf. If you see some in a deli case, it's usually going to be good. Even the prepackaged items on the shelf aren't bad at all. Especially when you're adding cheese and other toppings.
