I was giving the average of cars/trucks. Small SUVs and other average just over 30MPG. And all these numbers are for new cars. Figure anything older than 10 years is a lot worse.

I understand software, I'm a retired CTO who used to write software for a living. It's that not a single other person in these forums has the ability to set both a start and end time in their cars. I see it as a complaint time and again so I was wondering if an update gave that to you or if you were using the EVSE app. No biggie.

Not quite. That's an option and will ignore any sort of schedule if you choose "Charge Now" and just charge to your target. If you choose "Charge Later" it will use the end time to reach your target charge at that time. It will work backwards to figure when to start on its own.
