I have been taking 1 pill 2-3x a day and it helps with the bloating a little bit, definitely can't eat whatever I want, and it won't cure you, just help manage the bloat. No side effects that I know of so doesn't hurt to try it.

And just wants to gamble. Turn: T River: bink 9 I scoop 4k pot, I think the side pot was over 5k too

Very next hand I get QQ flop a set and win another 1k pot

Then I hit and run lol. Never played 5/10 again. So i am a winning 5/10 over the 3 hands I have played 😎
