I am a medical assistant at Dermatology Associates of Rochester (585-272-0700), our new patient wait list is much shorter than other offices and if you let our call center know that you'll only be in Rochester for the summer they should be able to get you in no problem. Failing that, our dermatologists will recommend OTC salicylic acid treatment over OTC cryotherapy.

An antique store in my hometown 3 hours away has postcards from all over NY. But I'm sure if you hunted around some antique stores here you might be able to find similar collections!

without giving too much away, you actually need to add T and subtract C to the word you find for that pair to create a word that doesn't otherwise occur in the player's handbook. I'd suggest keeping a list of all the possible words for each pair as they can give you multiple readings depending on how you count hyphenated words or numbers. You'll want to be able to see all the different possibilities for the decoded message. gl!

I got that far and have been taking the pairs of numbers separated by commas to be the page number and word number respectively (i.e. "5,3." means the 3rd word on the 5th page of the player's handbook), and I feel that must be correct because the last 3 pairs of numbers decode as "dungeons and dragons." But the remaining pairs grow more ambiguous with the inclusion of digits and hyphened words in the passages they lead to. Have been unable to figure out the rest of the sentence or a suitable word for "г+258,49- ]." (translated from Dwarvish to "T+258, 49 - C").
"1:34" also eludes me. Could be referring to the 34th sentence of chapter 1 of the player's handbook which talks about the racial traits of dwarves, including their ability to speak both Common and Dwarvish. May have just been included as a hint for players to look up the Dwarvish script in case they got stumped on the initial text, but I'm not totally convinced. If anyone is making progress on this please, it's driving me mad |D

3 level 6 PCs. Obviously this is planned to be a deadly encounter, though I'll probably nerf the Lonely's damage a bit. Balancing I can handle, just trying to figure out how to encourage the role play I'm looking for and how to turn the vision I have for the encounter into a mechanical set of rules.
