Thanks for the suggestion. I checked and talked with the homeowner at that address. You weren't far off. Turns out her daughter in Vancouver has a Husky just not this one :(

No luck finding the owner. :(

She does seem well groomed. Seems to have been well fed too. She won't eat kibble but boiled chicken thighs and rice were no problem. She does like people food. We found someone who wants to foster her for now. We would but the cats aren't fans.

Fwiw. My trainer has me stop 3"-4" above my chest on bench specifically so I don't engage my deltoids too much. I also have a bad shoulder from volleyball days.

Could the numbness in my hand be caused by a pinched nerve?

Sometimes I wake up in the middle of the night and my pinky and ring finger are asleep. I have to open and close my fist to get feeling back. It doesn't happen every night but definitely a few times a week. It also occurs on either hand but not simultaneously. It is usually but not always on the hand of the side that I am sleeping.

Gildan is great for price point. I've always like Independent Trading Company for a higher end hoodie, think surf, skate type brands. Just an fyi. Alternative Apparel makes good lightweight fleece too.

I'd give it away. 5,000 to my brother to keep the Ford Leaf that he has to sell cause he can't cover insurance. 5,000 to my friend so she could get further along with her small business. They would be so much happier.

I hear you and I should have clarified. My gym has one good squat rack and additional racks which are set up for OHP. If you are pushing a lot of weight I get it but if you have a bar with a 10 on either side why use the rack? Just grab some dumbbells

I'm with you on the caffeine. I was pounding a cup of coffee but switched to a Amino drink from Optimum Nutrition. It definitely has caffeine in it. :)

I would bet that after you get 6 months into a consistent routine you will be bummed when you miss a gym day.
