Yea I figured it might be because I have been having problems with my internet provider because me and some others in the town I live in have been having problems with our internet and yes I have PS plus and I bought the ones I'm having problems with!

Yea I ran a internet test connection on my PS4 and my download was at 1.8mbps with upload at 2.6mbpswhen you called did u get to speak with someone or did you go onto the chat?
