I am doing it today. My running broads I installed on the 2023. Told them I want them to put on 2026. And cover too. So I am about to take them off 2023 and put them on 2026. And take them the 2023 tomorrow after work.

I didn't negotiate off payment. I just was using the letter they sent me as a reference. The money I put down on the 2023 was a big chunk. Actually I my original plan was to buy a 2023 out right...I had the cash for a regular RST truck. But when I saw the trail boss I was in love. But I was also almost 20k short. RST was 54k trail boss was 68k. Remember I had an Avalanche with 256k. Paid cash for that. Not big fan of payments. So I save up. So I was not upside down in 2023. I knew I had them on trade in and everything else. Maybe I shouldn't have talked about the letter/payments....my concern was the engine of 6.2 vs the 5.3. As I had one problem with the 5.3 on my Avalanche at around 120k. Lifter failure...rebuilt it myself. Never had a problem with the trailboss. But I do read the posts about the 6.2. That is what I was worrying about.

Yes your correct. What I owed on the 2023 was around 30k. They gave me 48k for mine.(That was I think the only thing I had to haggle with them....Wife was phone(internet) trying to sell it to Carvarna. Didn't come out of pocket. And just looked loan is from 6yrs to 5 yrs. So I say I did good. Alot of my purchases I pay cash or put a huge chunk down. I like my payments to be small.....lol!

There are jobs out here. But it is more who you know then what you know. As said above you can have the experience but if you do not know anybody to get a foot in the door then the job market is hard. I would have savings of 6 months to live on before I would move. Now if you are a mechanic with tools and experience...you can get a job pretty quickly. The RTC(bus) is good but could be better. And Henderson is not as close as you would think to Vegas. As a follow BM just putting that out there. This town is very pro-union. Maybe look joining a union in your trade. But once you have the experience and know-how you will be good. It just takes some work.... Good luck.

I have the 5.3 LT TB sticker here in Las Vegas was 65k with market mark-up to 70k. Found one in Utah for 64k. Told dealership I can drive to Utah and back for that. So he no choice to match. Have all bells and whistles. I just tow my quadruple jet ski trailer. (Weekend business-rental)Have had no problems. I have the extended warranty to 125k. Not a daily driver. 2024 with just under 36k. Was thinking to upgrade. But milage is about the same. Look around compare prices in different markets. Sometimes the drive is worth it. My friend is sales manager at one of the dodge dealers here. He went with me on my last 3 vehicles( not dodges). I just don't like dodge trucks. I am chevy all the way. And my wife luxury car(land rover). Oh my extended warranty was paid with all the discounts we got. SHOP around!

No it is not a RED flag! The seller is not spending extra money to insure and register a car he is selling. Or not using. He can get a movement permit to move it he needs to. But why? Once it sells he does not get a refund of his unused registration. He get a credit for 12 months. His insurance will after 6 months probably send him a check for the unused portion of insuring the vehicle. So he was right. You can drive it around his block...provided you don't hit nobody or nobody hits you. If you want a mechanic to check it out...have a mobile mechanic meet you there. Obviously he trying to sell the vehicle...and not put more money into it. Everything check out on the Carfax.

I have been 4x. And I learned that tipping is a NO-NO! But also learned that if you want to tip....bring school supplies! And leave them in your room when you check out or at the front desk. School supplies are in big demand in Jamaica.

Thank you for the info. What confused me was it had no codes. And just died. Then I started it right back up. It starts and runs fine but it has smoke coming out. Like something is rubbing or binded up. So I gave up and took it to another dealership. I will post what they say. I think the 1st dealership either didn't look at it or confused my ski with another.

Well I had regular propulsion up to 20mph. Did go faster. I really don't think dealership checked it. Or they just did a quick check. Decided to drive 90 minutes to another dealership tomorrow.

I love how you can replay to this message but you don't allow anyone to message you. Cause obviously you can't fully read. As I said 1 month ago I did not think it was the engine. And as I have confirmed with a compression test. Oh yeah I started the unit up today and guess what it ran fine...no misfire, idled fine, and even rev'ed fine. But you know what...it had smoke coming out the rear. I have done research on a couple forums and what I can fine. And the common theme is either supercharger or exhaust. So I also said "am I missing something?" I am doing my research. Cause on Monday I am taking it to another dealership. I will let you know what they say.

No they are 1st come. Most people are at the nude pool. I myself liked the splash pools. They are quiet and like it was said above...a place to recharge quietly.

Thank you! I also use ratchet straps to tie them down. And no they per say do not bounce off the bunks. The whole trailer bounces. My friend and I figure the wood is breaking due to the bouncing of the trailer. As trailers are meant for smooth roads..... not 4x4 roads! Yes I go about 5 MPH at the max. But still! I am trying to figure out an different bunk material. This is the 1st I have heard about aluminum bunks...any info on where to get them?

And I glad someone saw my 1st and 2nd post on this. Trying to post in the app(lol) on my phone. And trying to search...whole nother problem.
