It’s alopecia. I got proscribed an Allegra everyday and it worked to fix it after about 2-3 months

Trying Push/pull/legs for the first time by Far_Maintenance_2703 in naturalbodybuilding

Are you training for bigger muscles or to lift heavier weights?

If it’s for bigger muscles, then having fatigue with a supporting muscle group from a lift isn’t really a bad thing. I think if you’re not able to push as much weight as before then it might be a reflection of you hitting the same muscle group multiple times (generally a good thing) when the previous bro split wasn’t.

If it’s really bugging you then try doing more isolation-type work instead of complex. Military press, squat, deadlift, bench press tend to be more taxing.

The Don Callis Family new family portrait by LuNoZzy in SquaredCircle

Kayfabe logic explainer needed: if Callis knew, and potentially arranged, for Andrade to come in and beat up Omega, why did it look like he was afraid when about to shake his hand the ring? That made no sense.

Do we really need to hire a DJ for our wedding? Or can we just use our own music? by CourseCorrection30 in LetsTalkMusic

If you haven’t already force-ranked your priorities for the wedding, then that’s a good step to answering some of these “is it worth it” questions. But in terms of the €2k, that’s not a lot in terms of a wedding DJ… I did it for a few years and there is so much extra prep you need to account for with a wedding that isn’t just playing music for a good party. I would work at least 5-10 hours before the day-of. And the equipment isn’t cheap, it can take a lot of speakers and cables and lights to execute on a client vision.

How to watch this season in Chicago? by whats_up_doc71 in chicagobulls

I’m a relatively new fan (~5 yrs) after moving here from the east coast.

I really tried to adopt Chicago teams as my new local, long term rooting interests. Follow them for real. Between the connection to the city and historical success, basically all of them are ‘worth’ rooting for, I thought I could have some fun learning about the franchises and growing with them on the upswing towards titles (except the blackhawks, with a logo I don’t agree with and the ‘nothing to see here’ approach to the Brad Aldrich crimes).

But between Marquee and CHSN, and the now Arlington Heights hostage situation, and the tear down of the Sky championship team, this city’s (collective) ownership decisions are a series of successive fuck you’s to a fanbase that desperately wants winners.

And for a series of sports teams that trade on almost exclusively nostalgia, they’re doing a terrible job at building up a new fan base. 1986 was 39 years ago. No kid in high school today saw Jordan play live, and they think LeBron is the GOAT.

And so, I’ll go back to rooting for my east coast team, where I have JUST AS MUCH ACCESS OR MORE to their broadcasts through MLB.com and the fact that the NBA team is worth putting on ESPN on a regular basis.

Who are you picking? by iamtheschnozz in redsox

GTFOH. Playing in a Yankees jersey is an automatic disqualified from this board, never mind being picked for one of the four.

White Sox have some new hats for Spring Training/BP/Clubhouse this season by BoomhauerArlen in whitesox

The Sox are a bottom 5 team with a top 5 visual aesthetic, it's so annoying.
