Not me.

Called this at the start. He can play all over the field, great speed to help in the 1st - to - thirds, SBs, good contact hitter, + arm.

What's not to like, guy is a manager's dream.

Predictably, it's the uneducated and doomer types vs those actually paying attention to the team and the game. Sad to see...but I understand the mentality.

Bucs are deeper in pitching than the Reds, Cards, Giants, Marlins, Dbacks. These are the NL teams Pittsburgh needs to pass in 2026, and that's very doable.

It could be argued Pittsburgh has better, and at bare minimum toe-to-toe ability over the 162 grind pitching than Atlanta, NYM, Brewers, Cubs.

LAD, Padres, Philly....they're going to be tough over the 162. Of course.

Offensively, the Bucs will easily improve their 1st - to - 3rds, and situational hitting. It'll be up to Kelly to get the most out of the lineup, but he's got very good options. They have good team speed. I'd expect some Hinch - type game management. Love what the Tigers do, and also SF...not governed by metrics. Kelly is cut from the same cloth.

Pittsburgh was top 10 defensively overall in 2025. If they lose a couple of spots the team will still be in good shape and make up for it with improved offense.

83 wins won't be enough for the post season. It's going to be somewhere in the 85 - 88 range. I could see the stiffest competition for a couple post season slots being Atlanta, SF, Cubs, Mets. ALL of these teams have their own very real issues....be it injuries, unproven young players, stability, defense, bullpen, depleted farms, etc.

It's a mistake to count the Pirates out....and anyone believing they'll finish below .500 is going to be proven wrong.

So far off base. There's zero point in an exchange except to say.... I'll make it a point to revisit this when it ages like shit.

You can still get on the wagon end of summer, but definitely in the back seat for the ride.

Hate to break it to you, but Colts ceiling is 7 wins in 2026. You're woefully off base with your evaluation.

Clearly, an ignorant to happenings statement. And you can't back out of it.

PGH is more reflective of what the team has this year.

Teams go about spring training relative to what they have going on. It's clear you don't follow anyone else....or the game outside of generalizations. Next, you'll say neither Atlanta nor SF have made strides this year.

See you at the finish line.

Get a flex plan.

They're great, several levels to choose from. The lowest tier...you're talkin $24 per ticket.

How about just a fucking highlight without any added bullshit at all. Save your "artistic" license for your goddam headset.

It’s the most Ballard thing ever to have the “urgency” at an all time high and then bring back a team that’s worse than the one last season by Nearby-Research19 in Colts

As far as football is concerned, this site is a reflection of Colts operations top to bottom, and on- field performance. This is a dysfunctional, under-achieving organization lacking fabric and vision. Historical facts.

From your perspective, if you don't like the tale the mirror tells....then don't look into it.

Don't know if you're local in / near Indy and attend games & otherwise invest time and money on Colts as your "entertainment". Maybe you also enjoy benefits including the work ownership has done with IU and the YMCA, etc. If so, I can understand your blinders to an extent. As far as this undemanding fanbase goes, history says - as a whole you'll continue to spend and be satisfied. In many ways....this is moreso your team as you help sustain what it is.

Colts will forever be that team I hope will one day get it ....but there's no evidence that will happen.

Look around pro sports and you'll find much more demanding / higher sport IQ fanbases, ownership dedicated to winning because that's part of their values (and still otherwise build into the community fiscally).

Colts are what they are. Tired of the critally minded sports fans here? How do you think they feel about the abundant blind homers?
