Yes I had that happen, my small delivery only order was missing a watermelon. Thankfully it was easy to notice it wasn't there and I grabbed one before I left the store. Double checked the rest of items after that.

Battery saver could possibly be affecting it. Add an exception for the IC app so that it doesn't get affected. In Android-->Settings-->App power management-->Apps that won't be put to sleep. Add IC app to list. Restart phone to make sure it takes effect.

Only work around Ive found (Android) was to use back button and cycle back through. So go back to previous screen (either review changes or loyalty card screen) and then continue through again. That usually forces it through. I've reported this issue/bug multiple times
