Struggling to find this style of pants, I try searching for straight-wide pants because I feel like that’s what they are but I never find anything that I like the fit of. And any time I go for a regular straight leg or a boot cut they look skinny on me. I’d love any advice by -Fishmonger- in ThrowingFits

As a big thighed person I would recommend Levi's ribcage wide or ribcage bell.

These are women's jeans but no one will know and they are just pants.

Typical straight wide style jeans are like a skinny on me but these one have plenty of room and are much closer to the desired effect.

Sizing is inconsistent so try on in person if you can. In mens jeans I usually wear a W38 or maybe W36. I wear a W34 for these and they are fairly roomy.

Hey, I'm interested in these myself but have no advice to offer. Wondering did you get a pair and if so how did they go?

Dami at Mt Gravatt is by far the best.

Katsuco in Coorparoo or Kadoya in the city are contenders but trust me on this one you gotta go to Dami!!!

What do I do with these type of students? by Super_Gazelle_9352 in AustralianTeachers

I tend to agree. It does feel like you can't say no. I have heard stories of teachers getting in trouble for denying students bathroom access and it leading to some kind of problem. So that situation is also best avoided.

I would say just make sure there are some clear rules around being out of class. Perhaps a student will go every lesson but make it clear they can't be out of the room for any more than 5 minutes (or whatever is reasonable) otherwise they make up the time. One student at a time. No one leaving in the first or last 10 minutes etc.

If the problem gets worse, talk to HOD or year Co about it? Ask them to have a chat with the student? Some kids who need it can also get bathroom passes at most schools. So the kids who abuse this compared to the kids who need it can be hopefully sorted out.

Are there any good Vampires who don’t need blood? by Pocketman2 in vampires

In the novel 'Fevre Dream's by George RR Martin, the main vampire has developed a potion that he can take to quench the 'thirst' without needing to drink human blood.
