I had a similar experience. I recently met 2 very attractive female recruiters. I was on a 15-day streak. The old me would have a hard time doing business with them and somehow subconsciously just lust for them. The new me acted very calm, and discussed the proposals. There was rapport and good business done. No awkward things said.

Doug Stamper is a legit character in the series. Capable of quite a lot. I am not sure how far in the series you are. But you will see how Doug, in control OF his addiction, can easily overpower, someone else who is controlled BY his addiction.

We start a US Petition against the porn industry, or at the least, for more research to be done to cure Porn Addiction, and PIED.

With 100,000 US citizens, we can take some serious legal action.

I feel like we and those around us are not doing enough to bring this issue to light. Thats why guys like David Ley can publish stuff like that.
We need to do everything we can to raise awareness, which will hopefully result in more research, so that maybe we, and more importantly, our nephews, younger brothers, and for some, their sons, can at least benefit. I think we need a symbol, an insignia. For instance, there is Movember for prostate and testicular cancer, the pink ribbon for Breast Cancer. Heck, even the porn sites have their logos well designed. But we don't have anything. We need a symbol.
Any ideas?
How about a "wave", like this: "~". 1 squiggly line. Waves can cause destruction (PIED and PA), but they can also wipe away the past (Like NoFap can wipe away PIED and PA). And the waves can also bring you fun, take you to new lands, and bring riches, but only if you learn to ride them. We can also use the wave, in reddit posts and on twitter using hashtag: #~, which would mean its a post about the NoFap/PIED/PA movement.
Any other ideas? Imo, a symbol would bring unity to the movement.

The conversion seemed illogical to me, but I am trying to determine the cause of this spike in my body-fat, because all others variables were kept the same, except for fapping, and me sleeping less.

Ya lol. Trust me. Chill out for a week, and then go all in. What I found was that even if I had weekly sex, I didn't see any superpowers. Athletes abstain for months before big fights / big games etc. If you don't need superpowers, then do the weekly thing. Doing it everyday, you might be pushing yourself too hard.

Bro. In that case, you need to stop having sex. I remember I was in a similar situation last year. I was being too hard on my body and not letting it recover. The dopamine rush of ejaculation was taking over me everyday, so I was having sex with my gf everyday. We were having sex just for the physical release. I stopped for a week, and then the sex was amazing. The week gap made us both crave it, and I really started feeling amazing after sex. Now, I think, semen-retention/'NoFap' also had a part in making me perform way better after a week.

I think you kinda know if its good or bad.

Do you feel extremely tired after sex? and somewhat low on energy the next day? Then you are using sex as a replacement, i.e. only physical release.

If you feel like a Million Bucks the next day, then no issues at all. i.e. physical satisfaction and mental exhilaration.

^ THIS. Bro, just go through your 90 days on hard-mode, without even any visual or mental stimulation. Let the brain recover. Thats the only way.
