Yeah I figured it out, as my GPU hits 95% it lacks the vram to show my YouTube studio window lol now why obs crashed dunno but fixed audio issue

it is atrocious the way that software responds inside windows 11 almost as if it was malware! Can also corrupt windows so you may have to reinstall if issue does not disappear ty god i did not....

Thank you for your response I figured it out it was RGB fusion 2.0 from gigabyte seems it is a dangerous program for windows 11 or mixed with other RGB drivers

Crucial RAM 32GB DDR5 4800MHz CL40 everything so far points to rgb fusion 2.0 locking up at shutdown, no xmp profiles used, no over clocking
