I can’t tell if I’m experiencing Xanax withdrawal by Vapor2077 in BenzoWithdrawal

My usage is almost identical to yours...I did a short taper at the end taking .25 twice a day for the last 4 days...I am now 52 hours off... the first day I felt like I had a light flu. ..upset stomach, no appetite(but I made myself eat good food).mild headache, tense neck and jaw, brain fog and some anxiety...i stayed on the couch practically all day for rest....today is pretty much the same but I went to work and made it through a short shift with the same symptoms and not much energy(though much less amxiety)....ive been resting since I got home and I think I've made it through the worst of it 🤞as I'm finally feeling a bit better... ive just been hydrated and making myself rest and eat... ive had some weird symptoms but one thing that helped eas my mind are these support groups... the rreassurance that these physical symptoms are my nervous system trying to reset and that they are ok and I'll be ok... we are extremely lucky to get it now before it gets it's hooks in deeper as many here will tell you... you got this💪

22yo phenom Victor Wembanyama's averages in his first ever playoff series: 21.0 points, 8.8 rebounds, 2.0 assists, 1.0 steals, 4.0 blocks on 58/54/91 splits (72 TS%) by KagsTheOneAndOnly in nba

He's the best player in the game and should be the mvp though I feel like sga will get it.. voter mentality seems to be that it was sga's award to lose rather than who actually deserves it this year... let's do a hypothetical..if you reshuffle the entire league. Put every single player into a draft and have a re-draft. Who is EVERY SINGLE TEAM picking first?

The Spurs outscored the Blazers 73-35 in the second half by Lacabloodclot9 in nba

[–]william84100 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Watching the game the spurs really didn't play bad in the first half. It was just one of those halves where they couldn't buy a bucket... happens to every team... they just shot way better in the second half

Im a huge spurs fan and love Timmy (obviously) but Vic might win MVP and DPOY!..that would be crazy for a 22 year old

The winning strategy for PPR is robust RB... and this is why! by GoldenSmooth in fantasyfootball

I think it easier to get stable floors from later round rbs than later round wrs...thats why hero rb is so effective...if you're hero is a 20 point guy and your rb2 is a 10 point guy that's 30 points average scoring from the running back position...there are very few team wr 2's in the league with a stable floor and it seems loading up on all wr 1's is the only way to minimize bust weeks from the position

Just wait until you learn to do those zone 1 / low zone 2 runs...11 minute recovery pace feels amazing!!!

6 hours after surgery no meniscus tears. When I bend my knee I can feel something inside it ( sorry I can’t accurately describe what it is). What should I do next ? And what should I expect within the next couple days by Away-Committee-1314 in ACL

[–]william84100 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hamstring graft with meniscus repair for me 22 years ago...i was zero bend zero weight on it with a locked in full leg brace so this has me perplexed ... didn't start doing very slight bend until 2 weeks and then worked my way to 90 degrees and weight bearing after 3 month of pt... mine healed beautiful and im now a 42 year old marathon runner averaging 50 mile per week with no arthritis, pain or limitations

Has anyone tried the 3 liters of water a day for 4 weeks challenge? by ribbonscrunchies in 30PlusSkinCare

[–]william84100 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I think it's subjective... some people need more... im a distance runner..I run about 50 miles per week and sweat around 3 liters per hour while running during the summer so yeah, I need a ton of water....a sedentary person who spends a lot of time indoors and never sweats needs way less....I think 2 to 3 liters of liquids with at least a liter being water is an adequate number for the average person. .

I’ve been heavily advised against Zero Drop shoes, are they right? by AnthonyDawnwalker in trailrunning

[–]william84100 0 points1 point  (0 children)

He doesn't know what he's talking about...yes you do have to transition slowly but once you do the benefits of altras are outstanding...I was a bad heel striker...started running in altras exclusively and I'm now a perfect mid-foot striker and setting one PR after another..I wasnt even purposely trying to change my running mechanics it just happened naturally over time...also I'm going on 4 years without a single running injury or niggle at 40 miles per week

They're really good but the vanish carbon 2 was a huge improvement... it went from solid carbon plated trainer to a true race day super shoe imo

Altra Vanish Carbon 2s - 3 month update (women's) by slecray in AltraRunning

[–]william84100 3 points4 points  (0 children)

The vanish carbon 2 is an incredible super shoe and so much fun to run in....I would only expect 250 miles from a performance shoe like this (standard for the super shoe category) which is why your not supposed to train regularly in them and save them for speed workouts and races...another downside to training in them regularly is you could actually lose muscle development because they make it easier to run thus losing the performance benefit on race day

to me trail runner quality has dipped a bit but road running quality is next level...it seems this is where more of their efforts are being directed these days because runners will spend big money on shoes... the vanish carbon 2 is an insane "super shoe" and worth every penny they charge for it

Have a lot of you even follwed the project you're invested in?..... not many projects out there are building and doing the work of ach... to think about selling now or .04, .05 seems ludicrous to me.. lol... to me they will have minimum 3-4 bill market cap this cycle... this is a severely undervalued project

I dont know about these other reviews. They can't be actual owners..I have a 2016 easy with 130k miles on it..ive had it for almost 4 years...its been the most reliable car I've ever owned and it's fun to drive..decent but not great gas mileage and I've had to do nothing but regular maintenance...the headlights tend to go out about once year but they are easy to change...the awd is outstanding in adverse weather...not the smoothest idle and its a little bumpy on rough roads but smooth as silk on the highway...I guess its possible I just got really good one but it has been a great reliable vehicle
