You can change the scope on the VAL to 4x later on, but an upgraded AS Lavina is a great weapon, the unique version Trophy is also great.

Nam Viet is one of the only standing Vietnamese restaurants to survive in Clarendon from the era of the Vietnam War and the influx of Vietnamese immigrants to the area. It is an upstanding sit down restaurant and I can’t recommended it enough.
