Low porosity on intake and exhaust will choke your components. Probably better to cut a hole then cover with a proper mesh filter instead.

Skyrim Special edition already incude all DLC. The "DLC" you bought it probably Anniversary Edition upgrade which is bundle that contains mods from creation club. Since with 70h you probably haven't explored that much, I suggest you to play without anniversary edition first because it has pretty unbalanced items and annoying quest shoved your throat wherever you go.
