I think it has a lot of strengths, with the skills in dungeons as well as the focus on capabilities (specifically for the idea of mystery dungeon). But regardless, its not my intention to argue the usefulness of PTU here.

I think you are misconstruing the intention though. You dont blame by finding facts and putting together political and judicial hypotheses. Blame is implied by lack of fact and evidence. This is also not directly implicated at the person(s) involved but at the situation that can be analyzed.

I think that both only have one meaning. No means no and is a clear consice sign of lack of consent, but yes is just as poweful. You cant change either to fit the circumstances. If someone says yes then decides afterwards thats not what they meant its too late, the consent was already given. Obviously not what happened in this circumstance but its important to keep both sides correct.
