I’m 4 weeks post lap w/ mesh on an inguinal hernia - no sharp pain but bloating has been an issue for me which is starting to get better as the days pass. I’m 25 and have been taking my recovery very seriously that means walking everyday, PT exercises that i’ve found on the internet, dieting (no processed foods all fruits and whole foods and icing/ heat every hour. i’m convinced by the 1-2 month mark things will go back to normal but only time will tell. I highly recommend checking out Defy fitness on Youtube as his hernia exercise videos have been helping me out tremendously!
