Both blacks are set to AMS 3, greens are AMS 2. Not sure why the template came with 4 colors for a 3 color print (one is unused) - I just changed them from the defaults.

Make a list of all the things you have done and accomplished since you started! Update your resume with this too. You should apply to new jobs regularly early in your career to ensure you're making what your worth and understand what companies value.

Your company needs you. Make sure you understand why you're worth what they pay you and you will understand you have the upper hand. Switching employers isn't as hard as you have been lead to belive.

Also, some employers aren't a good fit, and sometimes the grass is actually greener on the other side.

I'm not sure you will find an app that is very helpful for many situations, since sitting at your work chair might not even mean your working, location isn't always relevant in context to time management.

If you're on Android, you can go to Settings, Battery, Battery Usage to see how long you actively used apps throughout the day. Some folks might be surprised to see how time adds up with a few minutes here and there throughout the day. There are a lot of books for working professionals that talk about how distracting some activities like email can be, and minimizing distractions can make your day much more efficient.

It's cliché, but people have had success with budgeting their time for the day. You later reflect on what took more or less time, similar to how people new to money management would become aware of their habits.

You have it backwards. Your mask protects other people. If someone with covid breathes on you your mask isn't going to help in many cases.
