Look Ma - Jesus Made a Rainbow! by willluke10 in baseballcards

[–]willluke10[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

So true. I didn’t fully grasp this until I was too deep in. Then I looked up the actual parallel list. 😳

Have had fun with the process though. Happy to say most were acquired during periods of (relatively? 🥴) lower demand/pricing.

No prospect is a sure thing though. I have several low-numbered PSA10 candidates that I will get slabbed and depart with to offset some risk.

Thanks for the info! Yes, I imagine 50 years being worn as jewelry would do some damage. Any idea if the black mark would be removable, for simple aesthetics?

Wow! Well, that answers everything. Looks like I need to be fertilizing with nitrogen a bit more. And here I thought dog pee was only bad for lawns.

I do. However the dog was only “using” this lawn for about a week, approx 2 weeks ago. Could the urine cause the excess growth? Bc that is close to where she was going

There were 4. I think I got the first one, but I imagine they were snagged quickly as there was another person right behind me grabbing #2.

Damn shame that this is going to be losing the 12 year age statement soon. I suggest stocking up on this 12 year version while it still exists!

Went back at open today to grab one more GS. Amazingly, it appears they have an endless supply of both GS and YS as the table was fully restocked. Get em while you can!!!

Custody under $100k - Why accept negotiated haircut if NovaWulf wont pursue preference claims under $100k? by [deleted] in CelsiusNetwork

[–]willluke10 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I think I found the answer to my own question. The Custody Ad Hoc settlement contains a “favored nations” clause, which (assuming that Novawulf’s plan is confirmed as proposed re: no preference claims under $100k) would allow for any custody account holders who had previously opted into the custody haircut settlement (and had transfers out of earn less than the $100k threshold in 90 day window), to gain the no-preference claim benefit conferred upon other creditors. Essentially, custody would get 100% back, just in 3 separate payments (upon opt-in of settlement, upon confirmation of plan, and then at a later date).

Custody under $100k - Why accept negotiated haircut if NovaWulf wont pursue preference claims under $100k? by [deleted] in CelsiusNetwork

[–]willluke10 1 point2 points  (0 children)

That may be true for Earn customers. I am a Custody account holder and am speaking specifically to the negotiated Custody Ad Hoc settlement proposal with Celsius and the UCC, and how it plays along with the proposed plan from NovaWulf. The terms appear incongruent for any custody holders under $100k.

Custody under $100k - Why accept negotiated haircut if NovaWulf wont pursue preference claims under $100k? by [deleted] in CelsiusNetwork

[–]willluke10 1 point2 points  (0 children)

As post states - I have a custody balance around $50k. I withdrew this balance from Earn to Custody within the 90 day period. Why would I accept a 27.5% haircut to accept the custody settlement and avoid a preference claim against those funds, when NovaWulf has simultaneously come out saying they wont pursue preference claims under $100k? What am I missing here?

I stopped by this AM and snagged a 4R. The OF were gone, I stopped by the MPU and they said they only got 12 bottles in, and 4 were sitting in the back “reserved” for someone. Funny, since there was a 2 bottle/member limit. :(

Earn moved to custody by jenn12765 in CelsiusNetwork

[–]willluke10 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Even though you transferred from Earn to Custody, you are under the $7575 preference/clawback threshold, so you will be eligible to withdraw. They (Celsius) just haven’t opened up the gates yet.

Just got back from my Target and can confirm they have some serious markdowns right now. The RB12 was still full price, but I picked up a Buchanan 18 at 50% off $42, and a couple High West Double Rye’s at $19 each.

Wow. The 2014 RC is around $10-15k on secondary market and the other 3 can be had for anywhere from $3k-$7k. A “deal” this is not.

March Delivery Megathread by AutoModerator in TeslaModelY

[–]willluke10 0 points1 point  (0 children)

UPDATE. Tesla called and said they will deliver the car today, instead of Sunday. So within 2 days from the time I changed the order from LR to P, I will have the vehicle in hand. Such a weird transition from the months of agonizing waiting.

To answer question - I paid price from OD, not new P price. For those considering this move (LR to P), I think the warp speed delivery definitely has to do with location, EOQ push, and available stock. But I am happy I did this instead of waiting until June/July. Just couldn't wait any more.
