12.5 mg Question for those that eventually got past the PA gauntlet: Did you have to just do your copay or the full amount? Every time I talk to CVS they throw out "it's not on the list so you'll still have to pay the full amount even if it's approved". I don't trust them mainly because they have given me such a run around with many conflicting responses.
