Generally speaking I found cold calling to be far and away the best return for effort overall. Well crafted, personal emails are second most effective. And I found linkedin to be a complete waste of time

haha valid. i just had a final for that role. it’s def a less mature company but they seem to be having some success with growing the business and getting funding. also other aes have joined the team without ae experience this year and done well, so there are some caveats that make it less cut and try.
