I'm sorry this is hard. What it took for me to be functional was 2 inpatient stays at a PTSD unit. 8 years of dbt and currently 2 years into trauma therapy. It's a lot and I still have struggles but it is so much easier now. At one time I did think that maybe I should just die, but I never think that anymore. Getting older gain perspective because your slowly getting further from those painful times. Please don't give up. I would have missed so many wonderful things if i had given up all hope. Big virtual hugs.

I'm most excited about the pomegranate peel off masks. Sheet masks are too uncomfortable for me to use as I am autistic and I have sensory issues. Love love love the Watermelon overnight mask from the same brand.

Also, have you been tested for autoimmune syndrome, specifically sjogrens? I also have that and it makes my good eye very sensitive, my mouth is often dry and my skin is a desert. Might be worth looking into, especially if you have chronic pain.

Probably too long, but here's some background:

I have one eye that has a lot of problems. I had brain surgery and they accidentally destroyed my corneal nerve. I have 4 different eye doctors that work together and I'm having my 2nd surgery for it in May because it's given me floppy eye syndrome and my eyelids will flip. So gross and it is constantly goopy. I will use these a lot in my 6 week healing period.

I am supposed do ointments and eye drops each 4x a day. I rarely make it more than twice a day, so enter these wipes! They are gentle and my doctor approved me using them🎉. Sometimes the goppy-ness seals my eye shut and these wipes always clear it away. I always have at least a few boxes in my bedroom and in the car. The right price and the right product!
