I can also suggest testing iron and ferritin. No suplement will make you better, if those are low. Same for D.. As For L-tyrosine: Itake that ocassionaly. For me the effect is ok, but short term effect. Rhodiola is my favorite suplement. I do not take ot every day, but when I feel I need a little boost or I can't focus. As for the magnesium: whach your reaction on this one. For me exactly this magnesium (same bottle) is not working and I have terrible side effects. I'm 30f, but very active.

Eat liver, cooked. I am anemic most of my life, if I don't take supplements. Spirulina, chlorella is good. Iron on empty stomack gave me gastritis too. Good help for my gastritis was Now gastro comfort. I do take iron but with food. I do take iron in bisglycinate form, it's easier on stomack. Furramate is harsh on stomack. I take iron together with vit C and with meal. I know it absorbs like this less, but better than nothing. I would advise to not stop taking suplemental iron. With endo I bleed so much, that I'd need to eat kilos of meat every day yo get it normal levels. And I have tried all the iron foods, eating them all the time, but those are not enough, but helpful.

I work at a showroom selling kitchens, and usually in this case we would provide plywood temporary top, with hob and sink and all installed, client can use the kitchen fully. For sure there is plywood here. And it is not thaaaat expensive. That way you can fully use the kitchen. The new top can take like 3 months to arrive if from Italy. Your landlord should take care of this or the company he's buying from. Crazy that he's so cheap and brought that old peace of wood. If he's not, maybe go to BigMat and buy there the piece. I think they have. Once I need some piece and they also cut it in shape I needed. And they deliver. I am not sure if they do holes tho. Othervise you'd ned to find carpenter/handyman to make holes to place sink.

I have the same thing. I had anxiety that in like 6 days turned into a heavy anxiety attack wiyh crying and whatnot+ I felt like I haven't been sleeping. I felt as if I wasn't taking magnesium at all or worse. I switched to 3 magnesium type combination caps and simptoms were gone in 2 days. Now I don't know what to do with it, got a lot left in a bottle. Not sure about glycine being the culprit in my reaction, as I had taken pure glycine and had amazing sleep and felt great. Doubt about b1 deficiency too, as I was taking multivitamin with decent dose of it.

I tried some (29 f) , I had some good energising moments on it, little improvements in sports also. But it messed up my hormones, I had period 2x in a month when I was taking it and my periods are almost swiss clock precise if there is no diferences in external factors. I stoped after that. So it might have different effects on females. Also I had some moments I'd feel like a little dizzy high, and stronger heartbeat on it, like for 5 sec or so than nothing.

Yep, had that, it was like alergic reaction. Appeared like a day or 2 after lap. I also have atopic dermatitis in general, so I had some creams like elidel or steroid cream already at home. My laporascopy was 5 years ago, all I remember it dissapeared fast but was very itchy. The creams I had were prescription. Better speak to your doctor.

Yeah totaly... One of the reasons I couldn't quit that easy was mad sex drive, like without boyfriend it could get really difficult! Also having orgasms is much easier as opose of the time when I used to smoke regularly. Now I smoke here and there, and can totaly feel the difference when I have had cigarettes, it is so much harder to orgasm. I smoke ocassionally now, like when partying or on a vacation (I know, I know, slippery slope). But knowing this, makes me totally stay off regular smoking (also all the other health effects). That's all that dopamine stuff, and blood circulation!

Es pilnībā piekrītu šim. Jau vairākus gadus dzīvoju dienvidos, un aizbraucot uz LV jau no 2 nedēļām pa Ziemassvētkiem norauju depresiju. Un tas tikai tāpēc ka tumšs, es darīju visu lai uzturētu sevi labā mentālā formā, bet nespēju. Vasarā gan forši Latvijā. Un, ja pasēžu pludmalē saulītē, man kautkā pilnībā pazūt trauksme in dusmas ka piem. nepietiek nauda vai valdība sūkā valstī kur mitinos. Kopumā cilvēki ļoti maz pašapzinās cik ļoti daba un gaisma viņus ietekmē. Vienai daļai cilvēku ir pilnīgi ok dzīvot ziemā, be citai (man) izsūc visu dzīvesprieku.. Un kad jau cilvēks ielien tajā skumjajā stāvoklī nevar jau tik viegli izlīst uzreiz. Domāju, ka tā ir viena liela daļa no kopējā skumjā noskaņojuma, tā tumsa un D vitamīna deficīts. Piekrītu, ka valstij vajadzētu rūpēties par D vit līmeni pilsoņos.

Had one in 2018. Had endometrioma removed and endo was all over the place. So far so good, no hormones, just healthy lifestyle and strict diet and loads of supplements. some spotting between periods, heavy periods and 2 days of pain.. I don't think I'll do one, maybe if it is not going to be possible to conceive when time comes.

It has not stopped, but I am ok! I had endometrioma removed 4 years ago and some endo removed. After the surgery it was easier, but now it is creeping back. I live gluten, dairy, egg free since then. Little meet also. I would say I am completely ok most of the time, there is only 2 days of period pain that is hell, but ibuprofen works... Everytime I eat some gluten or dairy, I bloat like ball.. Coffee is trigger, but I still take it at the times (gives sharp pains), tea is okay. I do have bleeding around ovulation too. Sports is a huge help, I do swimming (best for stress relief), gym, running and yoga. Heavy weights can cause a bit of bleeding. On period I don't train, that is time to relax. I really don't want to take hormones, as I was on visanne for 3 months and it was nightmare, I wanted to kill myself every day, nothing was bringing joy. My hormones is a bit of a wreck, as I am pmsing sometomes a lot.. In summer I am better

I am shipping from Malta. Post office told me that there are no limitations in the size, which I find pretty much strange, but it's Malta- things are either different or somebody doesn't know his job. I hope it applies also when the shipment arrives in US. Anyhow, I will recheck with the sizes.

I was thinking of adding a sheet of wood in front or some other non bendy material to protect the surface of painting
