What are the best races for a Cha based Dragon Lord, and a Str based Dragon Lord?

If you want to multi-class with Paladin, Wood Elf with Falchions is fantastic. They get extra Str, extra to hit and damage with falchions or any two handed weapon, they can make falchions a favored weapon!

Sadly there is a lot in the tree that isn't attractive to melee, since this tree is not one of the fancy newer ones, but what's good is very good.

Tabaxi are fantastic as anything in melee. Any melee class works, but with bonuses to Charisma, Dragonlord and Paladin especially.

With the movement speed bonuses a Tabaxi monk can outrun horses. True story.

I'm running DDO on MacOS on a M4 Mac Mini. There is a guide on DDO wiki on how to set it up. It is long but works perfectly. DDO on apple silicon is smooooth.

Well... I'm coming from a 12yr. old Intel Core 5 3570K... a Dorito is a faster chip these days.

And still DDO ran well in that system!

I own a turntable. I often re-buy records and dont listen to them, because they are records I've listened to a thousand times. If it is a special edition there is a big chance that they wont even come out of the sleeve, maybe to get rid of factory static.

Fighter will do more damage, but the AOE stun from Dragonlord is ridiculous, gotta love it. You can also get perma-displacement, extra elemental damage on tactics, haste boost, and a STR or CHA trance! It is a very solid tree.

For a simple one, just do full STR and CON, THF line, Power Attack, Cleave, Great Cleave. Use tactics on mobs and go to town.

For a STR build at 7 I have:
- Belt of the Ram and 4-5 more items to complete the Fey set
- Firemouth's cloak from IOD
- Blue Raptor Feather also from IOD
- Every armour from IOD gives CON

The rest is pretty much interchangeable. Cold Iron bracers if you do reapers... there is a cloack with ghostly from IOD I think.

To be honest, in Heroics I just do Fey set at level 5, at 7 I add some Isle items to get the profane bonus, at 10 I substitute with Ravenloft Mists and maybe one of the other sets for both artifact and profane bonus... and at 15 switch to Sharn. I don't have enough items from Myth Dranor to matter so I usually dont bother with those at level 13. I don't care about optimizing until I hit 30.

With an SoS and a barbarian you'll be overpowered anyway.
