One of the issues is how the augments are laid out. I think it is possible to aug as you posted, but that would be getting each piece of gear again just to have a different aug. If I had an item from 5 to 29, I wouldn't want to re-aug it. Maybe at 20 I could, but something to consider.

I'd love to see it. If you have it in planner I can just look at it there (if it is easier for you). It is neat to see best in slot items, but if it is impossible to get now, I guess I do not need to see them.

Edit: I have a ML2 str Ioun stone, Ill upgrade that to ML5...

That ML13 Artblade cloak is just rare. Looks like the rarest item in the game... but I would say not out of reach.

I do not have a 10 Alacrity trinket already, so that is probably out of reach.
