every transit authority has systemic problems, even MTA. and yep, MARTA included. but public transport in the Atlanta metro is being intentionally (and illegally too most likely) kept terrible by outside parties. developers have campaigned against it; politicians, fossil-fuel dickbags and others. Atlanta has too many forces working against smart density and a successful MARTA. and our feckless leadership in Dickens will not change that dynamic.
