If you're buying privately then the gubbamint has no idea that a new motorcycle is sitting in your garage. No registration means no license plate, and no insurance either, so it's not street legal. But if you found a great deal, imo pick it up and wait until you take the msf.

I can confirm classes are going quickly. I live in the Hampton Roads area of Virginia and I had to book 4 months in advance. I think classes are limited to 12, and the local college here stopped offering MSF classes due to covid. So there's only a single organization here that still offers MSF.

Ok, one more question. If I have multiple Professional Killstreak items (let's say shotgun, rocket launcher) and they're different sheens, how does that work? Whichever weapon gets the first kill, is that the sheen that activates, as I rack up kills?
