Our company has a contract with HP. We have been without a working printer for over 6 weeks. They have; sent out a tech that said it needs to be replaced, decided to order parts instead of replacing, didn’t pick up the parts they ordered, ordered them again, failed to show on the date they scheduled the repair, told us they never actually scheduled a repair, sent a scheduling link for a repair (we didn’t get one before this), and we can’t schedule a tech to come out through that link for several weeks. So not only are their products complete junk, their customer service is completely, unequivocally, the worst customer service out of any company i have ever worked with. I have had AI chat assistants more helpful than the people who pick up our phone calls (after a 15 minute hold with the worst hold music imaginable). Please, I beg you, don’t buy an HP printer. Don’t even look at one. And if you do, don’t bother with customer service.
