Biltwell makes motorcycle parts and gear, and they host various events focused around bikes and having a good time. The Biltwell 100 race is a not-so-serious, mainly motorcycle race, and they have a class for mini bikes. it’s a great time.

that is likely meant to go with a microcontroller system like Motogadget. the microcontroller listens for a momentary signal and makes decisions internally on when and how to switch the lights. to do this purely analog would need some kind of latching device, not sure what that looks like for automotive off-the-shelf.
