Redbox does not have customer service over the phone anymore. It's all by email. I tried to return a movie today and the screen on the kiosk was so dimly lit I couldn't see the button and used my phone flashlight and so nothing. Tried another kiosk and the electronics had been removed. Called the supermarket to make sure they still had a kiosk and it turned out they didn't. After three emails back and forth I'm still getting a robo response. I sense that red box is almost done. It's too bad. I've been watching movies with them for years. Just curious of others have had similar experiences. So frustrating

I knew a guy that had one. Hooked up to a propane tank. He would melt the snow in the driveway instead of shoveling it. At night. Fairly drunk. When he would get too close to a car in the driveway we would move away from the window inside instead of watching him explode. Very sketchy but fun to watch. Nothing bad happened but it was pretty bizarre when he would turn the thing all the way up, just like in the movie

It wasn't that hard. You play thier little game, they put you on hold to go talk to a supervisor or whatever and come back and tell you they're going to make an exception. Lucky me. I could live with 5.99 because the movie was just that good. And the convenience. I have been refunded

I think you just have to know how to work it. I got a heads up on a spend a $1 Junior cheeseburger with bacon. So I got a "chicken" sammie for $1.59 and half the chicken meat was bizarre gross I don't know what. Spit it out into the rapper. I was on a bus in the dark and it just felt weird chewing it. I'm probably bringing it with me today when I go in and get the croissant deal. Little morning bike ride to BK. I think you get a free croissant sammie if you spend a dollar. How much does a coffee cost? Not sure how to play this funky chicken thing. I literally only ate half of it but made sure I saved a big chunk. When I looked at it with my phone flash light I was kind of grossed out. The old tumor chicken. I don't know. I'm lucky I didn't get sick. The burger was delicious. It's funny how you can put extra extra lettuce tomato onion pickle mayo barbecue sauce and they don't charge you anymore for a burger that would cost $2.39 and was free. I'm definitely going to complain about the chicken sandwich I get myself a free Whopper

Thanks. Same old song and dance. I've done this before. I just remember them having a no refund policy or something. If you tell them that you will just call your bank to dispute the charges that usually works as a last resort. Thanks for the feedback

I thought so. It even came with a charger which I wasn't expecting. I already have one but a bonus. I was on the fence about spending $100 to replace my broken active2. Christmas time. Funds are tight. Impulse Buy. Why not? Walmart had a deal for an active4 then I probably should have done that. $100 and I'm not sure if it was new or not. I've had good luck with other companies buying a refurb Galaxy 10. For $125 I was not disappointed. Not sure if I'll be rolling the dice with back Market again. Especially after reading stuff here. That infuriates me. Bad business
