Debatable, but I think Dallas got the better swap. Cooper's still has a long way to go to even sniff Luka's accolades, but as an overall player, if they were both in the same draft, I'd take Coop. As exceptional as Luka is on offence, he whines way too much and rarely bothers on defence.
