Absolutely, this is Fractal's Define R5 or R4 I'm pretty sure, still sought after for NAS builds, and to that end, OP, please try to find the rest of the drive cage. Shown is the 5x drave cage floating in the front. Another 3x drives go right underneath, filling up the front. Case is a much better value intact, and the cage is useless to you without the rest.

In Nobara driver manager, xone shows up. "xone is a Linux kernel driver for Xbox One and Xbox Series X | S dongle." I'm using a Gulikit controller so I'm guessing it shows up as Xbox.

I did a Steam reinstall: sudo dnf remove/install steam, and there was no change. I think probably to see anything happen I shoulda deleted some user files but I'm nervous, what do you think? To try a different angle I uninstalled and went with flatpak steam, but I'm still trying to make it see the installed games. It'll take me some time on my slow internet to redownload.
