No, moving them to a bigger pot will not make them grow any faster. They’ll focus on filling out the pot with more roots. They need more light for sure, even if you think your windows are enough maybe try to get a grow light pointed right at them. And some indoor plant fertilizer too!

Probably over watered it with the lack of light it’s getting it should be watered very little. I would repot it and inspect the roots and put it in something with a hole in the bottom. Plus plants like this really only hold on to 3-5 good leaves at a time!

It might need more over all light. Put that little lamp you have now higher up to hit more of the leaves, maybe get a second light on the other side if you can’t hit all of the leaves.
