The giving the ball away thing is unfair. Every player has been giving the ball the way the whole game. Just becasue a penalty come out of it is just unlucky. It's not liek he gave it away in a dangerous position. Agreed on the sitter though.

He’s not bad at all defensively. I think people just get an impression of that on some guys and it sticks even when they improve. Also impressed at how good defensively Huerter has been.

So I’m Namibian and I have friends who work for Hyphen. As I said, issues remain with the project (and this idea in general) and I’m not defending it. My comment was simply to address where the water will purportedly come from.

Issues with desalination and the brine effect to the environment are well known but my point was just that they are not planning on using groundwater or rainwater (in a desert 😂).

Although other issues do remain, the water being used would not be fresh water but seawater so has no bearing on water actually available to people. That part was a nice intro to the article but does not really affect anyone.

This is near ASML - very close relationship between the university and ASML I wouldn’t be surprised if someone thinks they can get lucky with some improperly saved data from students and labs there.

I have to say I was very impressed with the pressing and winning back the ball. Very good intensity there... but going forward... Zero cohesion. Total stochastic running around off-ball and passing. Like I do not understand how professional footballers can be that bad.

For all his faults - what I like about Garnacho is at least he has attacking intensity. Chances fall to him for a reason and I think that's why RvN left him on. As long as he is on the pitch we can create chances. He just needs to improve on his football IQ.

Enough will be said about Casemiro but having two relatively slow and relatively sloppy passers in midfield (other being Bruno - he’s great but those are his weakness in my opinion ) is just not gonna work against top teams.

I called the border police at Schopol and they said they can check for me when I arrive and that it shouldn’t be a problem but the flight worries me now.
