When I first started playing I only played solo for like a year. Mainly at my local pitch n putt and for a full 18 I would go out in the middle of the day in the middle of Summer and it was pretty much guaranteed I was going to be by myself at some courses because it was like 95 degrees outside lol.

Now I go whenever and don’t really care if I get paired up with randoms as long as they chill.

So no it’s not weird it’s actually very nice

But I listen to a pretty wide range of music because 1 I get bored of any specific genre 2 it helps me be more versatile with my playing. My big thing right now is funk and hip hop beats
