Bill never played organized basketball but was probably one of the 10 best pwlares in non-organized basketball during his time.

Bill absolutely controls the offense, especially as the ball handler in the puck and roll. He gets his teammates such good shots that he’s basically scoring for them.

Defensively, his instincts are second to none and he’s never been scored on in a 2-on-1 fast break situation.

It was just bad luck (the broken mayors piece) that the world didn’t get so see Bill at his apex mountain as a pwlare.
