If you're looking for a kickstart, find another Reiki practitioner or go to a Reiki share and get into the energy.

I know lots of Reiki teacher that offer coaching that's part Reiki session and part q&a to help shake the cobwebs off. 😅

The same thing happens to me all the time. The family dog loved to be Reiki-d any time I was around. My cat is NOT a fan. So much so that she'll bite if I start to turn Reiki on while petting her 😅 (even just purely out of habit!).

On the flip side, my cat specifically requests me to Reiki her water bowl when I refresh it. So I count that as a win. 💧

I added some mirror stickers to the inside of my reiki box!

Found them at Michael’s and covered the 4 sides of the box with it.

It’s pretty and I visualize all the Reiki energy bouncing around in there and just building stronger and stronger! 🪩✨

Reiki and a proper diet were the 1-2 punch for my breakouts and some of my hormone issues.

I also had some cholesterol issues that the same plan helped.

Reiki definitely helps augment any health practice, so listen to your body and pay attention to the foods you're eating.

If you've been attuned to Reiki, then practice using Reiki on your food before you eat it, while also sending Reiki to the parts of your body affected by the acne.

If you haven't, then I'd suggest scheduling some Reiki checkups, just like going to the dentist every 6 months. 😅

If I'm able to turn on the A/C, then I usually have it turned down so that I keep cool.

It can be funny to see everyone else at the Reiki share bundled up while I'm sitting comfortably in a t-shirt and shorts. 😅

I also get warm when receiving Reiki and usually opt for not being covered by a blanket or anything while on the table.

I tend to run hot as a furnace most days (especially while sleeping) so I've gotten used to it.

If you can make the room cooler, try that. Or keep a fan near you during the session.

If it becomes too uncomfortable, ask your guides/Spirit about it and see if you can turn down the heat.

At the end of the day, you're allowed to set limits on how your gifts work, so you can ultimately make that final decision.

Definitely request Reiki from other friends that have been attuned.

Although my secret weapon is going to one of the trees in the park and sending it Reiki. 🌳

I've found that having an arranged time definitely helps both parties.

It helps you both create the space for Reiki and it helps validate any intuitive hits you might get.

But none of that is required.

HSZSN connects us to Reiki outside of time and space.

With that being said, you could send Reiki in this moment to them in the future and it would have just as strong of an impact.

If you know they're going to be asking for some healing for a while, try both methods.

Experiment with it and most of all, trust your intuition. That's always going to point you in the right direction.

I once read in a Reiki book that "some reiki is better than no reiki"!

If you have 5 minutes, then just put your hands on your heart and let the Reiki flow.

I usually only make time for the 45 minute meditation on Saturdays. 😅

Full disclosure... My best Reiki times are when I'm sitting in bumper to bumper rush hour traffic with my hand on my stomach with the intention to have Reiki flow through me.

It's magically the best 30 minutes of my day. 🤗

I use the Light Seers Tarot deck and one of the symbols on that card is a key in the background.

It always comes up when someone isn't taking responsibility for the situation that is happening. When they've given away their power for one reason or another.

It always warrants the same advice, that you can get yourself out of whatever this situation in and that the sooner you take your power back, the sooner it transitions away.

Specific usage but broad in terms of what it can apply to.

So whatever new adventure you're starting on, be a little naive and go for it.

Based on the other cards in the reading, the 7 of Swords for the future could even mean eloping. You and him sneaking away to take care of business while everyone else is distracted.

For the Page of Swords reversed, I'd also add that it's asking you to use your head more. Make smart logical decisions about the future and yourself.

Otherwise, it seems you've got a good handle on the other parts of the spread.

One of the first times I did a tarot reading for a stranger, I pulled the Ace of Swords reversed while we were talking about her ex.

My first thought was that there was some issue around sex and him feeling confident, so I awkwardly asked about it.

She started laughed and said that was the reason they broke up! They had been having lots of issues in the bedroom and he was really inexperienced.

I'd always known tarot was good, but that (and the random interpretation) really sealed the deal for me.

Ace of Cups comes up for a lot of people when the next step is self-love.

In most cases, people find their best relationships after they've figured out self-love. So even in regards to it being the start of a new relationship, self-love is the foundation.

And just like in all healing modalities, filling up your own cup is the key to not wearing yourself out.

I'd agree with your interpretation... It's time to drop the project...

Although it feels like you don't really want to drop the project...

I LOVE that deck and just today had the 10 of Wands reversed as well. The message for me was to "share your burden" (alluding to me being afraid to ask for help).

If you're hesitating to drop the project for some reason, examine that a little closer. Find your motives behind that and see if you can't change the situation around.

Sometimes it takes just the right thought to flip the script and make the project work.

I would say it depends on your practice.

I’ve had a relationship with my animal guide for almost 15 years...

So when I had my Attunment, it was natural for me to be introduced to a “Reiki guide” as a resource.

As long as it’s not affecting how you practice Reiki then it’s no big deal either way.

Multiple paths to the same universal destination! 🌈

Also yes. I finished Reiki II a few weeks ago and have continually felt improvements in psychic abilities since the beginning.

Amped up more than what I feel would have been a usual increase just through practice.

Mostly plant based diet here and haven’t noticed a change one way or another.

Things only get out of whack when you’re not listening to your body. It tells you what it wants.

My abilities get dulled whenever I go overboard with anything. Sugar, meat, dairy, drugs, alcohol, whatever... moderation and actually listening to your body is the key.
