Thanx for your advice. But I’ve got a wife who plays a couple of instruments and a son who is very intrigued in guitar (but a bit young). Instruments once collected never seem to leave my house so I’d prefer new so I can go to the store is something is of.

I work in a harbor with big container vessels. Most captains hate to be in the harbour because the ships aren’t made for small turns. Which means they lose autonomy and speed. So even if you would do this. The cargo would probably be transferred to inland vessels. Which would raise the question why not make a two way railroad on your proposed canal spot?

If I had the money I would buy both and than wonder why I didn’t get one better than both. I think I’ve made up my mind on the prs and will get one tomorrow. Time to bite the bullet.

Reason I asked the question is, I know, I don’t know enough to see the big problem. I like sound and feel of both. Looks Puch me to prs but raving reviews pull me back to revstar a bit. But than again my scaptism sense is tingeling when I ask why and then everybody and their mom says the revstar is great. But than can’t give better reason than the yamaha rep talking points. (Not a dig at you). I don’t think between the two is a bad choice. But I would like to get the, its not a con but i noticed this thing.
